In computers, antennae are generally used in conjunction with wireless transceivers to send and receive data wirelessly. If I was a betting man, I'd guess that your antenna cable came from the Mini's 802.11 antenna.

Hello everybody,
I am trying to accomplish this step in the PHP-Nuke setup:
http://phpnuke.org/modules.php?name=PHP-Nuke_HOWTO&page=database-creation.html
Each time I open the terminal and type in the command ./mysqladmin -u root -p create database
It just tells me that there is no such file or directory.
I have done a default install of MAMP and my PHP-Nuke files are in the htdocs folder.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well I JB'd my iPhone for tethering, then when I found other stuff I liked like SBSettings and FakeClockUp I did my iPad too since it's so easy.

Yes, MWSF has been in San Francisco since its inception in 1985.
Until there was a summer Macworld show as well, first in Boston, but moving to New York in 1998. IDG, the expo's producers, moved the East Coast show back to Boston in but Apple, unhappy with the move, pulled out of the expo. The Boston show was held without Apple in 2004 and but was then cancelled.

Do you have your iphone in a case? If so, remove and try again.
You're right- if the dock connector isn't securely seated sometimes these error messages will appear.
Personally I don't have a case and sometimes these errors appear (but charging+music still works) so... something to test I guess.

I'm not there now but I heard that there are only about 10 people there. I may head over around 4 in the morning but I don't know if that's too late or not.

I'd take a single strand of yarn, use it to spell out a word, then photograph it.

Does the Otterbox Impact cause screen guards to bubble...since the silicone actually covers over the home key and ear piece areas that are already covered by the screen guards? Does it pull up the Zagg type screen guards?
Also....I read a few postings here that mention that they tear. Is that true from your experience?
Thanks (still trying to figure out if I am going Otterbox Impact or Commutter)
It will not bubble your screen shields. I'd recommend going with the Commuter because all the Impact is is just a silicone piece.

We are leaving soon to spend several months in a part of northern Canada that doesn't yet have high speed internet. Sat is too expensive for a short stay so dial up is the only option.
I have a Macbook (10.6.7) and the phone company technician said to buy a usb modem from Staples. But after searching this forum, it doesn't sound like this will necessarily work. Also, can my husband use his Acer laptop at the same time as I'm using my Macbook?
We have several elderly macs lying around (a mini, a powerbook G4) and an Asus eee that runs linux. Also we recently bought new Kindles (not the G3 kind). Will any of these work with what we can buy at Staples?
On Ebay, I found: http://cgi.ebay.ca/Genuine-Apple-USB-External-dial-up-Modem-All-Mac-/180562228109?pt=AU_Modems&hash=item2a0a58f38d#ht_2859wt_884
Any advice appreciated! It would be a drag to get there and find out we can't get online w/o a long trip to the nearest town for a different kind of modem.

Hey, guys! I have a problem involving my hi-fi headphones (most notably my Audio-Technica studio phones) and my cased Ipod Classic 80GB and Iphone 2G 8GB.
I bought cases for both (so I can keep them safe from scratches and the like), but the thing is, the "fat" end on my headphones ends up getting stuck halfway, so I can't really listen to my music well :(
Can you guys recommend a good pair of fairly high-quality cans (no earbuds, please) in the $50-60 range that have ends "skinny" enough to fit in my Ipods? If not, can you at least give me some steps I can take to solve this some other way?
Thanks in advance, everyone! I really appreciate it!

Anybody has experiences with this setup? Do you use Mini display to vga or hdmi?:D
Shouldn't be an issue whatsoever. Just use DVI or HDMI. I would skip VGA.

I have been working on a DVD menu in DVD Studio Pro. Every time I quit the project and open it up again it gives me the message that the document could not be opened. I have version 4.1.2. I have Snow Leopard 10.6.6. I have tried using DiskWarrior and reinstalling DVD Studio Pro. I have tried deleting the preferences but for some reasons when I go to harddrive then to Library, then to preferences there is no DVD studio pro preferences. The menu is pretty complex is includes Play, Producer's notes, Chapters, and Crew. Crew has 9 different menus. If there is anybody that knows how to fix this problem please reply. I don't want to do just do it all in one sitting which takes 3 hours. Thank you.

Yeah, I actually don't use playlists at all - I'm just asking from an 'organizing' standpoint. I really don't see any point in having both Purchased and Music. But, it really doesn't matter since the iPod does what I want it to.
But, to be honest, this iPod deserves a 5/5. It completely replaces my car CD player as well. I have a good auxiliary cable I use to listen to the music - it seems like the quality is just as good as putting iTunes music on a CD-R.

...Make comments! It s frustrating when you submit a song I am completely unfamiliar with and say nothing about what led you to submit it! Yes, I could just go listen to it, I know, but the point of this site is to get me interested in that song the way you are.
Even a few words..."catchy riff!" or "great backbeat" would suffice. You must have a reason for submitting a song...tell us what it is!

It's so beautiful.
I got a Powerbook 12' on Wednesday. Its the first time i got a new Computer that didn't have any problem when installing the os, and using the buildin Hardware.
Also no problem with using a usb printer, usb storage devices and so on.
I was using Debian GNU/Linux since 1997 as my primay OS 99% of the day.
But the power MAC OS gives you is unbelievable. The terminal works great, all important things are available.
I wrote a termpaper with TeXShop and its an amazing piece of software. Everything works so smooth and I have no problems so far. I didn't even install my beloved vim because there was not need of editing a configfile.
And iTunes kicks ass ... I can see other macs playlists and can listen to them. I normally used noatun but this playlist management from iTunes is like dope :-)
I also have fink installed which gives me back my apt-get and apt-cache so now I really have the best of both worlds. A slick un*x os with a great gui and a huge set of applications.
I have not used my linux machine since I got the new Powerbook, and I think I'll get a new desktop next year which will be an apple too.
Thanks apple, awesome job on this piece of hardware and software.
