RFE and NOID come with a color sheet of paper with your details and some USCIS internal codes for your case. You can respond by yourself and put the sheet on top - this is for the mailroom to handle your case

I have used my EAD to join a perm position. I did not inform my employer about it, since he neither paid me while i was out of project,nor retained my health insurance.Although , iam not sure if he has cancelled by I140 or not.
Please let me know what documents are needed to invoke AC21.
I just know the job title on which my PERM was applied .
It was Software Engineer (Systems Software) with MS + 1 Year
And also i do have a copy of the approved I140.
Appreciate your help.

YES. You can. I know atleast 2 of my colleagues doing this. They got 3-year extension with new employer even when more than 6 months are left in the initial 6 years of H1. This won't be an issue.
What if 6 months are left before my 6 years of H1B expires? Can I still get 3 years extension based on approved I-140 from another company?

Your exp. MUST be before you joined the petitioning company.
Lawyer seems to care only about getting fees.
I spoke with my lawyer again and he said that we are fine using the experience on my current job. The company that is petitioning my application is where I got most of the experience mentioned in my labor. What do you recommend I do at this point ?
I will try and talk to another lawyer and get their views on this issue. Can I retain my priority date and file under perm at this stage. I am so stressed, I waited four years for my labor and it is about to go to hell. :mad:

Can you imagine this. USCIS had been given strict guidelines from DHS to complete every case in 6 monts depending on the form type.

I find it difficult to digest that parents ship their infant children to someone else to raise.

check with your attorney whether they checked the option of upon approval of I-129 petition send a copy to KCC (kentucky consular center), if they did you are safe. To my understanding Electronic copy of your I-797 is visible to all cousulates thru a copy at KCC.

I called USCIS this afternoon and found that you can have information sent to a US consulate about your application.
When you call, select the option asks "are you calling about approved petition?", and then select the option that asks if you need to send the information about your petition to a US consulate. Since I was calling about some other app., I didn't go there. Perhaps you can give it a try.

I tried getting some info on PIMS here in US..but cudnt get any. All I have is through couple of forums including IV. I cudnt make any pattern based on approval date or service center for I-797. All I have is hope.
