i see you are using an old mac for your mac hd icon, too! where did you get yours? the one on mine i've had saved for a long time but i haven't found larger versions of these.
My son is fairly sure he found it on Deviant Art. No, I don't have a URL.
and also: are we not able to change things like the "downloads" icon in the dock at all? i can change all of the other ones but i haven't gotten it to work for that one. i didn't have any trouble with documents or the trash so i didn't think there would be a problem with downloads. x.xI changed my Downloads folder along with all my other ones the same way (see below); that said, I don't know why it did not change in the dock.

No, because what the criminals did has nothing to do with medical diseases. In the other hand, they did made something against the law in formulating or being part of a terrorist plan, of which they have knowledge. And that knowledge might lead you to prevent this terrorist act to be executed.
But lives could be saved if we did tests on them, probably 100's of thousands of lives.
Isn't your point that the ends justify the means? If we torture people we might be able to obtain information and save lives? Well if saving lives is the goal we should be testing drugs and experimental procedures on criminals after all it will save lives.
Should we torture criminals we catch (in this country) until they inform on other criminals they know? After all it might save lives.
But lives could be saved if we did tests on them, probably 100's of thousands of lives.

I think what good donating blood does is bigger than your sexual orientation, or mine.
Surely it's not about sexual orientation but actual sexual activity, and whether that places you in the 'high risk' category. Some other commenters have been good enough to reference statistics on this.
Other commenters seem to think they're being victimised here by a bigoted political conspiracy. I confess, I know little about US politics or medicine, but here in Australia I was also required to fill out quite a lengthy form regarding questions of health, travel and sexual activity (both heterosexual and homosexual). Sure, we also have blood screening, but when we're dealing with matters of life and death what's the problem with a preliminary line of defence against contaminated blood?
Again, I would say to those who feel offended… Is it really about your desire to serve your community, or more about your personal pride? Giving blood, or really any kind of community service, should always be about the people you are serving. If you can't give blood, for whatever reason, rather than getting incensed about it, why not direct your charitable desires into other areas of need? There are virtually no limits to the altruistic opportunities for people willing to give of their time and energies, regardless of sexual orientation. Don't be a victim… and don't seek to be a hero. Apple should really diversify their suppliers anyway, which is what they look like they are doing. Cut Samsung supply by 50%, and threaten all of it if they don't get their act together. Surely Samsung doesn't think that that they can bring in this kind of revenue on their own merit. Outside of LCD televisions, Samsung has an image problem, and even that has only improved in the last few years.

Reason being is the parts Samsung is supply there is already a shortage of them on the market. Apple drops them all Samsung does is go to the next guy and more than likely for more money.
