As part of Class action lawsuit can we ask for recapturing of all unused visa numbers? I believe the number is at least 300K, it covers the green cards for 2003, 2004 and 2005. 2006 can go with 2008 quota. So everyone will be happy.

I believe this is the provision we should fight for instead of CIRcus.

Please admin I need help here. I am leaving my best job and going back to join worst desi employer just to file for 485. But I am scared to death what if he denies to file my 485? what are the documents needed if he denies?
Otherwise I will be from nowhere .

Like I said, please contact a good lawyer for best possible course of action. You will need 140 approval photocopy at the minimum. If you have that, then its possible to file 485 behind employer's back BUT PLEASE CONSULT A LAWYER as there may be pitfalls that apply to your case and you need to know about them.

last month i had emailed questions to Edward Kennedy and Jack Reid as a part of yahoo talk to the power. They were not picked up. It seems that the questions should be related to the topic that is given in advance. For my canada GC i calibrated my camera, took pictures of 3 of us with my 3 mega-pixel camera, and printed at walmart on 4x6 then cut 27 X 27mm, and it worked, i have canada GC. just make sure front face, white b/g, enough brightness. i would not risk it for my US GC though.

I do not understand the problem here! First you questioned the source and then you are saying that i am suspecting the content. If i suspect the content i won't post it here at any cost.This forum is to educate the folks not to fall prey to their employer(s)/lawyer(s) promises.

if you are open for discussion we can start with the requirements for PERM form DOL and then move on with requirements for i140 with USCIS, will be a good discussion for everybody!

Hi,

I got laid off in dec-08, my H1B visa got extended till 2011, but stamp in passport was expired sept-30th. I got my W2 good for last year and have got pay stubs till dec month. Now i am in need of visiting India, I have to get my stamp renewed in India.

As I am on job at present, I can not produce any client letter at consulate in case if they ask.

Will there be any issues which I may come across, please help me if you have any experiences.

Median value is OK for reference, couple of places, it is quoted that 20,000 GC numbers are available for EB2. For 40 working days in Aug/Sep, it averages to 500 GC per day.
