I think me and jav6454 are tied at one vote each.
The 24 hour day started @ 4:21 yesterday. You reached one vote first. I don't think that this has ever happened before...

It appears only on apps which are in your library......
Perhaps there will be some type of targeted advertising to go along with the rumored free MobileMe? Devices will now be tied to that possibly?
Originally .Mac was MobileMe's domain.

Really like the look of this photo? Is it done in photoshop, would love to learn how to do it, kind of got a steely blueness to it

What?
Seriously dude, you're in the wrong thread.
This isn't the "What Is Your Wish?" or "Random Thought For The Day" thread.
People are talking about tax returns and yes I spent about everything I made on my computer, I am a full time college student. And half the posts in this thread are about who started it and why they started it so early...

Apple releases products in predictable time frames. iPhone 5 will be released in June. An LTE Verizon iPhone 5 might take an extra month or two but I doubt it. Apple took it easy with the iPad 2 (low res cameras, 512ram instead of 1gb, and same res screen) because competition is so far behind. This is not the case with the iPhone. Quad Core Android devices will be coming in the Holiday season of THIS year. That would not fare well for the iPhone if it gets released on September.

This is a great thing. Now I wonder if this will support tmobile calls over wifi.
And I hope they sell the phone for higher fee upfront, and lower monthly fees.
That would rock

There's only so much one can do with smart phone styling.
You should argue that in court on Samsung's behalf. Sounds like a winner.

Another pointless 666MB download for probably less than 1MB of actual update. Can Apple learn to patch its products more efficiently?

Also I think the new theme that will replace aqua in Lion will be based around fabric textures and this style goes with it.

how is this any different than apple's end user-license agreement for mac os x? here is section 2A (http://images.apple.com/legal/sla/macosx104.pdf):
the language implies that virtualization on the same machine using the same software is forbidden. on the other hand, windows xp's end-user licence agreement (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/home/eula.mspx) also has similar language disallowing multiple copies of the same software to be run on the same computer:
microsoft's vista license just makes the virtualization part explicit. so i don't know what the hubub is over vista's license since the mac os x and windows xp licenses say the same thing, but not explicitly.
Apple's license doesn't specify limitations of use in a virtualized environment.
I find section 1.1 of Microsoft's license agreement rather amusing...

I hereby declare an end to all the "Waiting for Moron" threads.
We've alreaddy seen threads entitled "Waiting for Santa Rosa" though, I think this will be a never ending cycle under intel. :(

iAdware apparently works by silently installing a system library. That sounds like a vulnerability that Apple could easily fix, by requiring Admin privileges, issuing a warning, and/or prompting for an Admin password.
I've been wanting them to do this for a while. There are already non-adware applications that do that (think "Smart Crash Reports"), which really bothers me.

Ha you would! I see you even purchased a "HiFi". 1 of what 50 sold?
Believe it or not, it was one of my best purchases. The sound is amazing.

I did that but it still does not work. I rebooted my macbook, installed the latest security updates, wiped my 3GS, tried restoring and then updating to 4.3.2 - same thing just happened.

When your sales numbers for phones are ~50% of that of your competitor; whereas a few years ago they were barely a blip, then yes that means they are getting kicked in the teeth in handset OS sales.
Apple sells its OS ? Google sells its OS?
Funny, last I heard, Apple sells phones, and the iPhone is out-selling every other phone model on the market. Apple even sells more phones than Google  In-fact, Google's phone hardware effort was an Epic Fail by any measure. Funny how people can't grasp the "market" that Apple competes in - hardware. With a greater market cap that exceeds Microsoft or Google, I don't think Apple is too worried.

Samsung gets on my nerves.
I wonder how many other users think this solely because Apple doesn't like them.

Things seem to be smoother with my VZ iPhone 4 opening and closing programs. I always though my iPTouch 4G was snappier than my VZ iPhone but I think they are on par with each other now. This probably has nothing to do with it, but I just did a speedtest and I have yet to ever hit those numbers until now. I was averaging anywhere from 650-1200kbps and sometimes 1500kbps on rare occasions.
(Picture will resize if it is huge. I apologize. It just takes a little bit of time for Photobucket to catch up.)
